With over 4 years of experience specializing in faux loc installations, we focus on creating polished, long-lasting styles that allow our clients to simplify their daily routines while still feeling confident and put together. Our most requested service is our signature Waterfall Locs, known for their natural movement, fullness, and long-lasting wear. With proper care, our installs can last 2–4 months, making them an ideal option for busy women looking for a stylish, low-maintenance protective style. At Loc’d by Naomi, we prioritize quality, precision, and a professional experience while delivering luxury faux loc styles our clients can enjoy for months.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment and may be paid via Zelle or Cash only. Because each appointment requires significant time, preparation, and scheduling, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you need to reschedule and provide 48 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment scheduled within three weeks (21 days) of your original appointment date. If you are a No-Show the day of your appointment, you will be banned from booking, and required to pay 50% of your service, in order to access services again. Appointments may only be rescheduled once using the original deposit. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future appointment. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking and impact scheduling availability, so these policies help ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time.
